Serving Nairobi from Kikuyu
Our workshop is in Rungiri, Kikuyu, and we serve customers across Nairobi, Kikuyu and along Waiyaki Way. We are open Monday to Saturday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. See our Kikuyu workshop page for directions.
Built around a busy schedule
Getting a car repaired shouldn’t mean losing a day. The way we work is designed for people who can’t wait at a garage:
- Book online or on WhatsApp with a preferred date and time.
- Send photos first if you want advice before coming in.
- Follow progress on a private link — no need to call for updates.
- Approve the estimate on your phone. Nothing is done without your approval, and we ask before any extra work.
- Your service history is saved, so you always know what was done and when.
Nairobi driving and your car
Stop-start traffic, long idling in jams, potholes and heat are all common in Nairobi, and they affect some parts more than others:
- Brakes and clutches wear faster in heavy traffic.
- Cooling systems are tested when engines idle for long periods — a weak fan or low coolant often shows up in jams first.
- Air conditioning works hard in traffic, so small refrigerant leaks and dirty cabin filters become noticeable.
- Suspension, steering and tyres take knocks from potholes and speed bumps.
- Batteries suffer when a car is used mainly for short trips.
Many owners’ manuals class this kind of driving as “severe use”, with shorter service intervals. We’ll advise what fits your driving.
Popular services for Nairobi drivers
Routine car servicing, diagnostics for warning lights, brake repair, AC repair, panel beating after scrapes and accidents, and car key replacement are among the most requested.
