Finding us
The workshop is in Rungiri, Kikuyu (Kiambu County). On Google Maps, search for our plus code QM4H+49 Rungiri, or use the Get directions button on this page. We are open Monday to Saturday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
If you are coming from Nairobi, see our car garage for Nairobi drivers page, and if you commute along the Waiyaki Way corridor, our Waiyaki Way page explains how drop-off and remote approval work.
What we do for Kikuyu drivers
We handle routine servicing and oil changes, diagnostics for warning lights and poor running, mechanical, electrical and AC repairs, panel beating and painting, car key replacement and programming, and help sourcing hard-to-find parts. Every job starts with an inspection and an itemised estimate you approve before work begins.
Local driving and your car
Driving around Kikuyu and Kiambu often means a mix of tarmac and unpaved roads, dust, speed bumps and hills, plus time in traffic on the way to and from Nairobi. Those conditions tend to be harder on some parts than others:
- Air and cabin filters clog faster on dusty roads, which affects engine breathing and AC airflow.
- Suspension and steering parts — bushes, links and ball joints — take a beating from rough surfaces and speed bumps.
- Brakes work harder on hills and in stop-start traffic.
- Tyres and alignment suffer from potholes and uneven roads.
That is why many vehicles used in these conditions are better served by the shorter “severe use” service interval in the owner’s manual. We’ll recommend what fits how you actually drive.
How it works
- Book online or on WhatsApp — tell us what’s wrong and choose a time.
- We inspect the vehicle and record our findings, with photos where helpful.
- You approve an itemised estimate from your phone — nothing starts without it.
- We repair and quality-check the vehicle and let you know when it’s ready.
- The work is saved in your vehicle’s service history for next time.
