Will I know the cost before any work starts?
Yes. After inspecting your vehicle we send an itemised estimate. Work only begins once you approve it, and if we find something else we ask you first.
How will I know what is happening with my car?
Every job has a private status page. We send you the link by WhatsApp so you can see the current stage, our inspection notes and the estimate, and approve the repair online.
Can I send photos of damage for advice first?
Yes. Send clear photos on WhatsApp — the whole car and close-ups of the damage — and we will advise on the next step. A written estimate requires an inspection.
Can you replace a car key if I have lost all my keys?
Often, yes. It depends on the make, model, year and key system. Use our car key request form and we will confirm what is needed for your vehicle.
Do you do bodywork and mechanical repairs in the same place?
Yes — servicing, diagnostics, mechanical repairs, panel beating, painting and car key services are all handled by Lionized Autocare.
